Bryan Chapman Memorial 600km

22-23 May 2004

After lots of persuasion by Mark Rigby, (now the BC organiser) I eventually succumbed and decided to enter this years ride. What can I say? This is a classic ride and superb route. The terrain is a joy to behold and the scenery is just overwhelming at times. Yes, the weather this year could hardly have been better, but I’ve already pencilled in next year as an event not to miss.

Thanks must go to Mark Rigby and all his helpers who made the ride so enjoyable and hassle free.

My thanks also to all those who spared a back wheel and encouragement to pull me round in record (for me) time.
